Proof of Negative Coggins REQUIRED
1. Must be original Coggins – no copies will be accepted
2. Must be dated within 12 months of October 1st , 2010.
3. Any out-of-state animals must have a Health Certificate dated within
30 days of October 1st, 2010
STALLS
$60 for the week end. Stalls are outdoor portable stalls under tent.

Divisions
Pee-Wee: Exhibitors 5 years or younger may participate in the Pee Wee Classes. Classes
are judged but not placed.
Youth: Exhibitor 6 – 17 years old. They may compete in all Youth classes and halter
classes, except jack classes. If exhibitor is showing multiple animals the combination for
High Point must be designated on the entry form.
Open – This division is open to any equine – horse, mule or donkey. Animals must be 3
years of age if competing in performance events.
Novice – An inexperienced adult.
Miniatures: Horse or donkey or mule
Green – The division is designated specifically for mature animals learning the skills
necessary for performance classes. The animal must be a least 3 years old. Animals may
not be in Green for more than two consecutive calendar years.
Non-Driving – This division is designated specifically for mature animals that have never
shown under harness. Once they have shown under harness they can no longer compete in
Non-Driving Division.
Coon Jumping – Equine must be 3 years or older. Both front and back feet must come to a
complete stop inside the box before jumping. Once stopped, the animal will have 45
seconds or 3 attempts – whichever comes first. Stepping out of the box or knocking down
the bar is a disqualification.

RULES FOR SHOW
REFUND POLICY
• Only applies to animal or exhibitor
• Need statement from veterinarian or physician on letterhead
• Documentation to be submitted within one week after show
• Only the class fees will be refunded
• Refund will be made after entry check clears bank
• No refund for scratched classes
PAYMENT BY CHECK
• There will be a $25 fee for returned checks
• Post dated checks will not be held or accepted
• No open checks will be accepted
OVERPAYMENT
• Over $10 will be refunded after the entry check clears bank
• $10 or under will be applied to the show as sponsorship
ANIMAL SUBSTITUTION
• Can be made 3 days prior to show and pay office fee for new animal
• No substitutions at the show
• Can scratch one animal and late enter another – one hour prior to show
• No refund for scratched classes
LATE ENTRY
• Late entries can be made up until one hour prior to the show
• Late fees apply
COMMUNICATION WITH JUDGES
• Judge’s word will prevail. No refunds
• Arguing with judge will result is disqualification
